February 2019 saw the monthly challenge of flipping tyres! It was a 30 second ‘as many as you can’ affair, but with separate scores for each of the 50kg, 150kg, 180kg, and 300kg tyres! As you can see from the scores lots of people had a pop at this! Good work everyone!

So at PTS we’ve started doing monthly challenges! The first one for January 2019 was the kettlebell swing! The rules were simple… What was the heaviest kettlebell that you could swing for ten repetitions in a row, where part of the kettlebell was level or higher than the top of your head? It was quite a demanding challenge! The eventual winners were Nina with 44kg for the ladies, and Mantas with 64kg for the guys! Here is a picture of everyone’s scores at the end of the month!
